ROBIN STAMMER

Math, Ruby, Robots and other curiosities

About

I'm a mathematician and software engineer interested in Ruby, web development, theorem proving, mathematical physics and working with robot/AI systems. If I'm not working on digital stuff, you'll most likely find me somewhere outside near Berlin with my family, shaping my guitar skills or fishing.

This is my personal space that I use for experimentation and where I expose some selected stuff I'm working on. Questions, feedback or just want to connect? Happy to hear from you 👋 Drop me a line on LinkedIn or reach out to me via email.

Work

I'm the CTO of trendence where we're working towards meaningful quantification of Employer Branding Quality while building awesome Talent Intelligence tooling for HR professionals. We're crafting powerful insights using differentiated target group data based on our own surveys combined with other data sources.

Check github.com/trendence if you're interested in the Open Source parts of our work, which we plan to foster more and more 🤓

Book Recommendations

Wir Ertrunkenen Carsten Jensen
Fermats Letzter Satz Simon Singh
Infinite Jest David Foster Wallace · It's a book I often return to. I love the bitterness, the broken characters and the deep sarcastic view to the doomed modern western world
Das Zeitalter der Unschärfe Tobias Hürter · A wonderful book about the people shaped modern physics as we know it today. It feels like standing next to Bohr, Einstein and Heisenberg and discussing with them in one room. If you are interested in Physics - please read!
Vielleicht lieber morgen Stephen Chbosky · I loved this book in my youth and still do today!
The dawn of everything David Graeber and David Wengrow
